Hello, hope you all are doing well.

I'm getting the error in the subject line when clicking the "Change Groups" under User Roles in User & Access Roles page.  The page spins for a few seconds and then

Error code: SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED

This happens in any browser used.

Using a MS SQL DB backend

Version 10.2.5.0

It was the size of the zip file was causing it to be blocked.  Sent a smaller file and it went through.
