Fill in Custom Fields automatically with data

Hello fellow Lansweepers.

I have two custom fields in Lansweeper that I'd like to have auto populate with information.  
The first field is called Location Tag and the second field is called Desk Number.

What I'm looking for is for example:
I open a record for a Laptop.  The Location Tag and Desk Number fields are blank.  If I type in the Location Tag , I'm looking for it to update the Desk number field with the correct desk number or vice versa.
I'm thinking this would need some type of back-end DB manipulation or lookup query? 

Any thoughts or Ideas?
