Good afternoon fellow Lansweepers.
Does anyone using Lansweeper also use Freshworks FreshService integration?
We have install it successfully, however, it isn't scanning. We found the following error in the log file and I was hoping someone out there has also seen this and may have some pointers in how to fix it.
The error is:
Schedule creation error { status: 400, message: "The maximum frequency value for the 'hours' parameter is 24" }

Are there any Current Lansweeper Customers that monitor the Community Forums that has the Freshworks FreshService Integration? If so, did you have to do anything not in the documentation to get to scan or pull in information / Assets from Lansweeper? Were there any firewall rules that needed added, firewall ports that needed opened etc? We have gotten past the initial error from above, but now we are still not seeing anything sync and there are no log files being collected. We are using the Freshworks trial as well. Not sure if that is part of the issue or not.

Hey Whatsup Dave - I don't have that integration personally, but yeah that error is at least a good error to have as at least it's connecting and getting a response. I've pinged the team to see if I can get a specialist to reply - it's currently off hours but I expect we will hear back soon.
