Hello,
I'm interested in moving to the Lansweeper Cloud platform. We have a requirement for all data to be hosted in the United States. Is it possible to get a Lansweeper Cloud site provisioned in a US based AWS region? I had originally asked this question back in 2022, and I got a response in 2023 that you guys were looking into this for 2024 but for some reason it won't let me reply to the original thread. Do we have any updates on the status of this?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,
I can confirm that we are working on provisioning a new instance in one of the AWS regions in the US as we speak. Current estimates are that this should be available around the July timeframe.
If you have any questions around this, please contact me and I'll be happy to discuss in more detail.
Regards,
Matt

Hi @UncleBob, US Sites are currently in Preview, with the full-featured version still planned for mid-2025. You can learn more and request early access to the Preview here: Host your Lansweeper Site and data in the United States

Hi everyone,
Here's a quick update on where we are.
- Before the end of 2024, we are planning to launch a preview of Lansweeper Sites (our cloud-based console) hosted in the US. This preview will have some functional limitations as certain features are still under development. The preview will not be public and will be available by invitation only. If your company is interested, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly.
- We expect to offer the full-featured version by mid-2025.
Thank you for your patience and commitment to Lansweeper.

We're still working on getting a new AWS US instance ready, but at this moment it looks like it will be ready in the second half of the year.

Is there any update to this? I work for state government, and we have a requirement that all data for systems we use must be hosted within the US. I'd really like to take advantage of some of the new features available in the cloud-based Lansweeper, but as of right now with the only cloud location being in Ireland I can't.

Dear,
We have started a Beta program for customers who are looking for a Cloud site hosted in the US.
I have sent your email address to our product team, as they are still looking for Beta testers for this.
We'll keep you informed on the progress.

We might be able to join that Beta program, but we need the CISO to approve. There was a resource in the past that described the security measures in place for cloud customers. I can't find it. Would you please point me to that so we can educate our CISO.
