Hey,

we have duplicate asset to user relations, that were created by selecting all windows assets and creating relations by top console user. Can these somehow be removed in bulk in the GUI, or is that only possible by SQL Query?

Hi Aron,

Currently, there’s no bulk option in the Lansweeper GUI to “unlink all asset–user relations.” At scale, this can only realistically be done through SQL queries against the on‑premises database. Please note that we cannot provide support for custom database scripts, but the community may have shared solutions. If you choose to use a script, make sure to perform a full backup beforehand.
You can remove relations individually by:

Opening the asset → navigating to the Relations (or User Relations) tab.
Deleting the unwanted relations there.

This process can be repeated per asset, but there is no global multiselect or bulk delete option for asset–user relations within the web console

Thank you for the reply.

Thankfully I only had User to Asset Relations configured on Windows Assets, so i've removed them in the Database and reconfigured them with Top Console User.
