Hi,

I have successfully installed Lansweeper on a server. I chose the cloud mgmt option. It then scans the network. When the scan finished, I noticed a few computers are getting a scan issue which is "No valid credentials found. Check encryption file". How can I resolve this?

Also, we have computers outside the network we would like to add to Lansweeper, do we still need to run lspush? Can someone direct me or send me a link on what we should do?

Much appreciated.

Steven

Hello there!

Yes, the configuration options for LsAgent in the Lansweeper Cloud are currently still quite limited, so we would recommend enabling the Lansweeper web console to make use of the full potential: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/cloud/enabling-the-lansweeper-classic-web-console/ta-p/65086

I am having this same problem but I am super new to lansweeper.

I have this problem with lansweeper sites but I also have on-prem Lansweeper.  I think this is one of the reasons my assets are showing vulnerabilities after I fix them.

I see the fix and I'm actually totally lost on how to implement this.  Any guidance would be welcome.

Hello there!

For the scanning issue, we would recommend the following:

For scanning computers outside the network, we would recommend using LsAgent instead of LsPush. For more information on LsAgent, you can review this KB article: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/scanning-your-network/introduction-to-lsagent-for-windows-linux-...

Hi,

I am looking at the LsAgent article you showed me. Just to confirm, if I want LsAgent to send the info over internet, I would need the Cloud Relay Authentication Key. And to get the Cloud Relay Authentication key, I would have to enable Lansweeper Classic web console? This is not available on the Lansweeper cloud?
