We have some new switches: 6200F 24G & 48G CL4 4SFP+370W Switches
They have 2 VLANs the default which is #1 and a guest wireless VLAN #125
When a switch is selected in Lansweeper the VLAN column only shows the default VLAN
All the ports are configured with both VLANs
Firmware has been updated
I have guest wireless devices running through this switch so the VLAN 125 works
Lansweeper will display multiple VLANs on our older Procurve and Aruba switches
Our Observium server can detect both VLANS on these switches.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Ken

Hi @KHoegeman
Make sure that the switches are scanned successfully. Here are our knowledge base articles:
Network device scanning requirements
If you continue to see the same behavior, our tech support team should be able to assist you with this.
Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.

Hi Gvx, tried adding specific Mibs/OID in Lansweeper with no luck.
I no longer followed the problem and one day I suddenly discovered that I could see the vlan...
What I did was to upgrade Lansweeper to the last versione and the firmware of 6100 too...
