Hi,
I exported a report of my licensed assets but noticed there are some items which haven't been scanned since 2020.
Our clean-up actions are set to permanently delete items if they have not been seen for 365 days.
Could you advise what I am doing wrong? Are the assets being seen but not scanned?
Thanks

You can check if an asset is affected by cleanup or not, by editing the asset.
If you want to run a report on it, the status is also stored in tblassetcustom.PreventCleanup

Hello,
Can you check if your assets are not marked as "not affected by cleanup options"? This could prevent them from being cleaned up.
If any doubts please contact Lansweeper Support, please send a screenshot with the scan times of one of the affected assets.

Hi,
Thanks for this, I can see the option to enable this as a mass edit, but where can I check if it is already enabled?
