Event filter widget, Can't add filter.

Open new ticket with preset type

We have quite a few ticket types. To lead users directly to a certain type from an intranet page it would be great to be able to preset the ticket type.Something like http://myserver/helpdesk/NewTicket.aspx?tid=-999&type=SoftwareIs this possible?
