Hello,
I've been having issues the past few weeks trying to unlink an offline installation. I currently have two installations, a new one which is online + synced, and an older one which is offline + decommissioned. When I try to unlink the previous installation, it progresses for about an hour or two before failing and going back to a "Linked" Link Status. I have tried unlinking multiple times across different days, however the issue persists. There are similar posts with people having the same issue.
What troubleshooting steps should I take?
