Engaged Sweeper

Been struggling with an issue for quite sometime now. We have reset the cloud sync config multiple times on our on-prem sync server and still have an issue. Also had a support case that had us do much the same and did appear to work for a bit, but issue has resurfaced. After a few days sync just stops. In order to get on prem to sync to cloud we have to stop the Lansweeper service, wait a minute or so and start the service again. Open up the cloud portal website and then just wait and sync starts to catch up once again. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Looking at the syncerror log it states that a command fails due to no element found and then ultimately that our "JWT is expired"

To balance the load to Lansweeper sites, aka Cloud, certain priorities are set. Sites that are visited frequently and being actively used will be higher up the sync queue than sites that are visited only once a month.

Instead of restarting the scanning service, opening your Cloud site should put you higher up in the sync queue.
