There are new chart design in LS 12.1
But I sees some issues:
2. there is not support qout - instead " « » i see &# qout; &# 171; &# 187;

This is very useful feedback. There were indeed a few changes applied in Chart reports. We regret to see that they seem to break some of your existing charts.
We've shortly tested this and see indeed some issues. We'll send them to our development team for further review and fixes.

Bar chart is broken.
Now it doesn't support multiline diagram.

Cursor over chart shows &# 160; instead ASCII code 160 is represented by non-printing character also known as the non-breaking space.
