We have a Lansweeper 4 agent license with 3 enabled agents.
The last user we switched to be an agent can see the helpdesk tickets for the groups we assigned to him, however the box for additional comments does not appear, and there is no option to close or change the ticket status in any way.
thoughts?

That's what I attempted to do. I went to that screen and selected "Create Case".
Was I supposed to do something different?
