Hi, I can see all the Azure servers on Lansweeper, but not the software for each server? Anyone else having this issue? 

Create a new asset using API

Is there any way I can create a new asset using the Lansweeper API? I read the API documentation, and it offers edit and delete assets, I didn't find any API for creating a new one.

Some users not AD linked

Default Agent to specific Team

Is there a way to have any ticket assigned to a particular agent to also be automatically assigned to a specific team ? This agent belongs to all teams but we'd like all their tickets to automatically default to a particular team.Thanks

Can't edit certain ticket states

I am trying to edit the description of certain ticket states (Open, In Progress, and Awaiting Reply) but nothing is happening. Are these ticket states unable to be edited?
