Resolved! LSPush result file not processed

HiI just scanned a machine via lspush, and copied the file into the import directory. The file just sits there, and has done for about 20 minutes now.There's nothing in the event log (i.e. a corrupt ls file - how would I tell?)...Ideas/thoughts?

I'm with some machines that are with warranty and other does not.All machines have the serial and warranty those that do not appear when I click the right serial dell appear on the date. Would any way to update these fields?
