We are on Lansweeper v.

Using the drop-down menus in the "Edit ticket" window is bugged.

When I have let's say a Category sub-menu where there's listed several ticket categories then the drop-down menu extends too much so I need to scroll the whole "Edit ticket" window in order to see the items in the "Category" drop-down menu.

On the picture attached you can see marked with nr1 drop-down menu that extends out of the view and at nr2 you can see that I need to scroll the entire window to see the drop-down menu.

Same issue persists with version Any luck in obtaining a fix?

We are now on version v. and the issue still persists. No fix yet.
