Hi!

 

We are on Lansweeper v. 11.1.1.3.

Using the drop-down menus in the "Edit ticket" window is bugged.

When I have let's say a Category sub-menu where there's listed several ticket categories then the drop-down menu extends too much so I need to scroll the whole "Edit ticket" window in order to see the items in the "Category" drop-down menu.

On the picture attached you can see marked with nr1 drop-down menu that extends out of the view and at nr2 you can see that I need to scroll the entire window to see the drop-down menu.

update to v. 11.1.7.1 still have the same issue... any fix soon , when will this feature return to how it was before ?

Hello there!

We are almost finished with our upcoming release, and if final testing goes well, we expect to have it out soon, including this fix.

Hello there!

I cannot give you an exact date, but it should be very soon, some minor bugs were found during testing, which have now been fixed and retested.

Same issue persists with version 11.1.1.4. Any luck in obtaining a fix?

We are now on version v. 11.1.4.6 and the issue still persists. No fix yet.
