We have a problem, where the connected port on the switch is not updating the asset name but both are scanned successfully
Let me explain the scenario:
- PC_1 is connected to Switch_1 Port C9
- PC_1 is disconnected from Switch_1 Port C9 and reconnected to Switch_1 Port A9
- Switch_1 sees Port C9 down (red circle) and Port A9 up (green circle)
- Assetname from PC_1 is not moved from Port C9 to A9
We are using Lansweeper Version 11.4.0.4

Dear,
On the page of a switch, there is an option called "remove disconnected devices". If you click on that and then rescan the switch, the information should be updated.

Unfortunately, this cannot be activated to run automatically after each scan
