Is there a way to have any ticket assigned to a particular agent to also be automatically assigned to a specific team ? This agent belongs to all teams but we'd like all their tickets to automatically default to a particular team.Thanks
Using the AddNote API it is including the history of the ticket on all updates. Is there a command line or setting we can do so these don't generate the history in the email?Thanks
I am trying to edit the description of certain ticket states (Open, In Progress, and Awaiting Reply) but nothing is happening. Are these ticket states unable to be edited?
Is there an installer to bring Firefox up to the current version? I have 5 different versions of Firefox and if one installer can update them all... that would be great.... (Lumberg voice)
