Resolved! Custom reply mail at "reject e-mail" in the helpdesk

We would like to reply an e-mail to users sending e-mails to the helpdesk with a link to the user helpdesk web-page. That way we can forse users to supply all the needed information in a new ticket. Is or will this option somewhere availible?
