Is it possible to create automatically a ticket, if critical report shows records, should run per day ..
for example: Windows: Servers less than 5GB, ...

Hello SArming,
You can set up an email alert on a specific report, which then sends a mail to your helpdesk email address.
This should then create a case with the output of the report.
Email alerts are only sent when the report actually holds 1 or more records.
