I am trying to see if anyone has been successful in getting Microsoft Graph to work in GCC High. I am able to configure the server and get 100% successful results using the MailTester tool, but using the same info copied into the app fails with "Access token validation failure. Invalid audience".
Lansweeper support said it is a known bug and there is no ETA for a fix. The best part, they just closed the ticket. This has been a problem for at least 6 months now with no workaround. Anyone out there have a fix?

Dear all,
To implement and test the GCC high capabilities, we have been trying to obtain a GCC High subscription. This seems to be reserved for government entities, providers that serve state or government entities, or companies that handle government data.
Since we don't match these criteria, we are trying to find another way to get a subscription. When we are approved or find an alternative way to get a subscription, we hope to implement a solution.

I'd love to help in anyway either... been stuck trying to keep track of tickets that come in via mail that don't auto import into lansweeper... then replies from tickets via email don't go together it's a huge pain... I told the dev team we'd help troubleshoot... They said okay we will let the dev team know... its been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything.
Can confirm the same as OP, MailTester tool works flawlessly but will not work at all within lansweeper.

It has been almost a year since this has been an issue. I think what they want to do is run the code in debug but we can't give them an account without running into compliance issues so we are stuck. I keep updating the app hoping but no luck.
Have you found an different product out there that works with GCC High? So far the only thing we have found that claims to is Service Now but $$$$. I will update if we find a replacement before this gets fixed but management is NOT happy and has told us we are not allowed to renew.

Hey Eddie, we just migrated from Commercial to GCC High this past June... I've been holding out that an update will fix it too since the mail tester tool works w/out an issue...
We haven't found an alternative solution yet, and the biggest concern is keeping our data within our company or in the gcc high cloud. I am honestly debating putting together a simple power apps helpdesk portal within teams. We only need lansweeper for the ticketing aspect not the asset side although the reports are great.

Is there no response to this question?

Hello @Eddie377 Thank you for your patience, we have escalated your post to our team and an internal ticket has been created on your behalf. Our team is aware of the importance of this issue and it is likely the team needs to do further investigating. We have made them aware that this is an important issue to fix and we will update you on any progress.

Wonderful! Is this a new ticket or is it ticket LAN-15944 that has been open for about 9 months? I am trying to gauge if I should slow down my testing of other solutions because this ticket will be worked to completion, or if this is just letting me know that there is a ticket for this problem. On that note, do you know of a solution that works with GCC High? Thanks
