Scanning Exclusions - Still returning in Assets

How to change the layout of knowledgebase
When we go to the knowledgebase all the pictures that are attached to each KB show up on the top 2/3 of the KB.How can i remove that or put it at the bottom of the KB Thanks for any advice.
