Antivirus Up to Date or Not?

Hello,we have some assets that show two Antivirus entries on the summary asset page.One shows "Up To Date" and one "Outdated".Where does this information come from?Is it read from registry?

Not latest build of (Windows)

It is telling me that my Windows Server's that are running 2016/2019/2022 are not running the latest build. For example, all of my servers running 2019 it shows as 'build 10.0.17763S.2452' - is that not the latest? For 2016 I am seeing 'build 10.0....
