Set up user as Asset Manager over only one domain

We have a couple users that we want to set up as Asset Managers over only their domain. I've searched as to how to do this and can't find anything. Can anyone help me please? (Maybe I'm searching using wrong words??)

Office 365 Scanning-enabled accts not linked\accessible?

Lansweeper CMDB and Customer name
