Change State automatic

Hi,is it possible to change automaticly state status when ticket is "Assign to me"? After klicking on "Assign to me" the ticket state is still on open but it should be changed to "working on"

Resolved! Scan Ruckus Access Point

Anyone managed to scan Ruckus access points? Best practice?"Please login: Sorry, your session timed out" error. I'm able to ssh to AP from Lansweeper server with same credentials as in "scanning credentials".
