Resolved! Can Helpdesk Tap into Email Account for New Requests

Hi,I'm fairly new to Lansweeper. Just wondering if say users were to email requests to an address whether Lansweepers new ticketing system can tap into a mailbox to automatically populate a new request?Thanks.

Is there a way to detect USB devices attached to the computer? For example. External devices like thumb drives, local printers, or even VOIP phones that the computer shares the internet connection with?
