Customer Survey after Ticket Closing?

Has anyone figured out a way to include a customer satisfaction survey inside a closed ticket response? We would love if this was automatically included in Lansweeper, but if it's not, has anyone found a good workaround?

Creating A Package

I am trying to create a package. When I chose command and copy the command to the window and click ok my step does not show up. What am I doing wrong. If I run the command locally it works but it doesnt save in my package.
