Lookup of user mobile devices missing from intune

all my devices from intune are showing in lansweeper. But they are not associated with the user who has the mobile. Where did I go wrong or is it not possible. I have been trying to see in the community for answers but there is none.

My organization is upgrading Lansweeper from 11.4.0.4 to 12.3.3.0. We will backup the sql database before the upgrade.My question:What files should i backup on the lansweeper app server? I assume c:\program files (x86)\lansweeper. Are there any other...

Calendar notification

I have looked and have not found anyone address popup calendar notifications in Lansweeper.  Is there a way to have a calendar event popup on the screen?
