Once you’ve created custom asset data, you can choose to edit or delete it as needed. See Create custom asset data for more information about custom asset data.

Manage a group

  1. Go to Assets > Categorization > Groups.

  2. Choose a group you want to delete, then select Delete.

Manage an IP location

  1. Go to Assets > Categorization > IP locations.

  2. Choose an IP location you want to manage, then select Show Actions .

  3. Choose Edit to revise the IP location’s:

    • Name

    • Installation

    • IP range input method

  4. Choose Delete to delete the IP location.

Manage a state

  1. Go to Assets > Categorization > States.

  2. Choose a state you want to manage, then select Show Actions .

  3. Choose Edit to revise the state’s name.

  4. Choose Delete to delete the state.

Manage a type

  1. Go to Assets > Categorization > Types.

  2. Choose a type you want to manage, then select Show Actions .

  3. Choose Edit to revise the type’s:

    • Name

    • Icon

  4. Choose Delete to delete the type.

Manage a custom field

  1. Go to Assets > Fields > Custom Fields.

  2. Select the custom field you want to manage, then select Show Actions .

  3. Choose Edit to revise the custom field’s:

    • Name

    • Type

    • Selectable options

    • Field description

  4. Choose Delete to delete the custom field.

Manage a relation type

  1. Go to Assets > Relations.

  2. Choose a relation type you want to manage, then select Show Actions .

  3. Choose Edit to revise the relation type’s:

    • Name

    • reverse name

    • Icon

  4. Choose Delete to delete the relation type.
