As cybersecurity becomes increasingly complex, maintaining an organized, actionable view of vulnerabilities affecting your devices is essential.

As the number of vulnerabilities continues to grow, filtering and customizing your view allows you to focus on what matters most. You can filter irrelevant data from your views, highlight key metrics, and tailor columns to cover your analytical needs.

Filter your vulnerability list

Use filters to narrow down your vulnerability list and focus on specific criteria.

  1. In your vulnerability list, select Filters.

  2. Select + Add filter.

  3. Select Field to view a list of options. You can search for a specific field using the search bar.

  4. Select an operator.

  5. Enter a value.

  6. Select Apply.

If you're happy with your view, select Unsaved View > Save as new…
If you'd like to revert to the previous view, select Discard changes.

Manage vulnerability columns

Customize which columns appear in your vulnerability list and how they are displayed.

Sort by multiple columns

  1. In your vulnerability list, hold Shift and select the first column you want to sort by.

  2. Hold Shift and select the second column you want to sort by.

If you're happy with the view, select Unsaved View > Save as new…
If you'd like to revert to the previous view, select Discard changes.

You can sort by up to 2 different columns at the same time.

Edit columns

  1. In your vulnerability list, select Edit columns.

  2. Customize your vulnerability list:

    • Select Add field(s) to add columns.

    • Drag any column to change the order.

    • Remove any column by selecting Delete.

If you're happy with the view, select Unsaved View > Save as new…
If you'd like to revert to the previous view, select Discard changes.
