How do I see exactly which users received the individual answers to a ticket both the user in the "TO:" and "CC" fields? Would be nice to make it very easy to add/remove internal and external recipient in mail fields TO, CC and BCC. anyway to do this...

Resolved! Lansweeper service not found

Cannot do remote control a computer, when I used test connection in Advanced actions, it gave a result that says lansweeper service not found. I even ran lspush then rescanned the asset, same result. What else can I do?

User group can only see different ticket types

Is it possible for certain user groups to only see certain ticket types. IE. As an It engineer i want to create ticket for infrastructure work but i do not want Dave from sales seeing the infrastructure option?
